Delivery & SHIPPING
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase. We will then package your delivery and dispatch it to you later that day for deliveries made before 2pm, or the following day for those made after. We’ve tried to answer any delivery questions you may have below but if there’s anything we’ve missed, drop us an email.
UK postage costs:
Please note that due to the current Coronavirus situation, and increased volume, delivery times may take a little longer than normal. We will send out all deliveries the same or next day where possible and do our best to get your goodies to you as quickly as we can. Thanks for your understanding at this unusual time.
UK postage costs:
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50 using the code “FREE50” at the checkout. Orders are expected to be delivered within 3-5 working days (please see current notice above).
Orders under £50 are sent with standard UK delivery at a postage cost of £3.00 and are expected to be delivered within three working days.
You can opt for next day UK delivery on all orders made before 2pm at a postage cost of £5.00 (again, please see current notice above).
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS:
All of our products are shipped from the UK, although we are happy to ship all the way to the other side of the world, please be aware that either yourself (the buyer) or the lucky recipient will be responsible for any Import Duty or Customs Fees that may be incurred. Please check your Local Legislation to find out how this may affect your order.
Europe delivery – £15 – Delivery time 4-6 working days
USA – £18 – Delivery time 7-14 working days
Rest of the World – £25 – Delivery time 7-14 working days
Please note, these delivery times are average estimates. We will always aim to get your deliveries to you as soon as possible (hopefully earlier than the above!),
but sometimes there are delays beyond our responsibility and for that we apologise but we cannot accept responsibility. We’d bring them all by hand if we could!
What if it’s a gift for somebody else?
If you are buying a present for somebody else (very kind!) and you would like us to send it directly to them, just enter your address as the billing address but make sure to change the delivery address to the recipient’s.
An issue with your order or delivery?
If you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us straight away! Perhaps you forgot to add something to your basket or you’ve entered the wrong delivery address. We’re only human and we understand, however as we try to get your deliveries to you as quickly as we can, we can only make any amends before they have been dispatched.
